This tax is calculated on the value of the property, and this value is determined through an appraisal carried out by an authorized appraiser.<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ISAI appraisal is, therefore, the process by which the value of the property for tax purposes is determined, in order to calculate the amount of tax to pay, said appraisal must be carried
