As a result of these analyzes, it was determined that the values are related to population density variables and some attributes related to the level of use of technologies and the level of development reported by the different municipalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Given that this work is focused on the partial leasing of Mexican federal facilities at the national level, the Income methodology establishes that the Minimum Income Value must be established, the determination of which is carried out considering the multiple regression analysis based on five variables and socioeconomic
